Contest and Raffle Rules

Eligibility: Our contests and raffles are open to anyone aged 18 or older, except where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: The specific start and end dates for each contest or raffle will be clearly stated in the individual announcements.

How to Enter: For every contest or raffle, the methods for entry will be clearly stated.

Prizes: We'll always specify the prize(s) to be won for each contest or raffle. Please note that prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: We use a virtual spinning wheel to select our winners at random. Please understand that all decisions made by DC Minky Blankets are final and binding.

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on our social media platforms and contacted directly via email. If a winner fails to respond within 72 hours, we may choose a new winner.

Publicity: By participating in a contest or raffle, you grant DC Minky Blankets permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes, without any additional compensation, unless such use is prohibited by law.

Hold Harmless: By participating in the contest or raffle, you agree not to hold DC Minky Blankets or its owner responsible for any issue or damage that may occur as a result of entering the contest or receiving and using the prize.

Changes to the Contest or Raffle: DC Minky Blankets reserves the right to pause, change, or stop the contest or raffle if any problems arise that might affect the fair and just operation of the contest or raffle.
